Clarity, my tush...... If you think it is so clear now, try and rank the first 10 or so..... Or just sit back and criticize the process....people who do that are deeply resented in industry...

Now that's a very objective and unbiased system, isn't it. Who does not have capacity to do better. Bush put national testing in place....you like that?
