BS......if WHO did a great job of gathering data and Cato is kind enough to point out their errors, they should then be capable enough to use the WHO data and "do it right"..... Naw, then they wouldn't be able to throw stones and run away.....that's cowardly and cynical..... CATO did nothing except mollify the RW.... Similar things are happening about Global Warming....there is ton's of data supporting the hypothesis but there are the critics, again RW, that seems to have self proclaimed experts crawling out of the woodwork......They have little data of their own of course,but they sure do provide talking points for RW radio and RW groupies.....
