Tell AMD to add it to the lawsuit, Petz. They can also blame Intel for overpaying for ATI. There's billions of dollars worth of restitution in 2007 due to that mistake alone, and since it's Intel's fault for building such a powerful CPU that it forced AMD to expand into graphics, why not blame Intel for that, too...?

Intel isn't a monopoly, despite AMD's best attempts to make them one.

Petz, for what reason would Microsoft want to help Intel 'make numbers' I say this is all pretty easy to prove, all they have to do with subpoena the guy who said it, and everyone who received the mail, it should be pretty easy to prove, obviously this manager could have made it up - who knows, but I think you should let Cuomo know, he seems the type of lawyer who would be very interested in this.
