I've been trading the QID and QLD intra day frequently. That's an interesting point he makes about volume. I mostly watch the moving averages, will add volume as an indicator.
Hadn't seen that blog. Pretty cool music section too :)

A quad witch expiration is coming the 20th, and they will take this market up as well as down going into that.

Short/long the VIX might be an idea.
