HLYS oh my:

DALLAS (AP) -- Heelys Inc., which makes wheeled shoes for children, said Tuesday it swung to a loss in its fourth quarter due to a big drop in sales, more returns and higher markdowns.
For the quarter ended Dec. 31, the company reported a loss of $5.5 million, or 20 cents per share, compared with a profit of $11.5 million, or 44 cents per share, in the prior-year quarter.

Sales dropped 86 percent to $9.8 million from $71.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2006.

Interim Chief Executive Ralph Parks in a statement said the company's results were affected by more returns and an increase in markdowns.
