Hi Graham, Thanks The n is not very high - think it is 3 of 20. This center (associated with WashU) was cautious about starting T. They also refuse to try and medicate through the antibody reactions. That sounds to me like the right approach though it must not be certain or other centers would not be using the antihistamine approach. Even if there is some assay for PML, as another poster suggests, I wonder whether the sensitivity is sufficient to make it practicable. ij
