You posted about additions to property and plant, which is hardly relevant to product development. That's what R&D budget is for, which you conveniently ignore because it shows you the cold, hard truth. Instead, you focus on manufacturing, which is in itself laughable, given Intel's strong process ramps on every single node. There hasn't been a process yet that Intel stopped building factories because AMD was less competitive. Quite the opposite actually; Intel has ramped their factory network non-stop for the last 15 years.
