Absolutely.he is not the only person that has come to that conclusion.His writings on the subject is how I became aware that there even was a concentrated position.I didn't even know about the large short position until a couple years ago and am glad I didn't because I don't think I would have been lucky enough to have went long in 2000 and 2001 under $5 if I would have.I thought he just had an angle until I decided to check for myself.Course I think everyone has an angle.I'm the kind of person that thinks if you suggest a position to someone you hold the opposite position.If you research the data available it makes prefect sense though.Bottom line though who cares who is short.I personally hope that it is not them because if it is they can hold a 500 million oz short to $250 an oz theoretically and it would not be but a drop in the bucket.They hold all of the rest of the worlds central banks silver after all.There is no telling how many 100's of billions of oz's of silver China has.
