I don't think you are taking there R/S into account

As of Feb/07 588,245,853 which really would be = to around 85,000,000

Today its 222,169,955
- 85,000,000
--------------------
= 137,000,000 More shares in just one year

It would have been 959,000,000 more shares into the market if the Reverse had not taken place in otherwords
we would be at

1,554,000,000 shares O/S

nwest: I think you need to factor in the R/S to give this comparison equal weight for people that have owned this stock for more than six months (i.e. before the R/S)

-10/15/06 O/S 415,202,850
-2/28/07 O/S 588,245,853

-10/15/07 O/S 1,124,223,730
-2/27/08 O/S 1,555,189,685

So for most here (people that own mostly pre-split shares), the rate of dilution went from 173M to 423M.

Either way, the rate of increase is alarmingly high given that KSI closed one year ago, IMO.

I was only targeting the O/S increase within the 4 month period of time pre-split(10-15-06 to 2-28-07) compared to the recent 4 months (post-split).

I don't see how the reverse split matters when comparing these two specific periods of time. The reverse split did not occur during these periods of time.
