Since presidents day Dell flyer 'sales', I've been following the vostro desktop line assisting a friend build an entry system. A build with an intel 2160 processor and 17 inch monitor then, is now 100 dollars less with a 19 inch monitor. The system will be faster than my circa 2001 Dell Dimension which cost nearly $2000 !!!

Hi John,

So what do you think of an HP-EDS deal? Can't be good for Dell as Dell and EDS have worked together in the past to secure some large sized contracts.....
