No. Roe v Wade established a trimester system: first trimester was individual choice; second trimester with increasing state concern; and third trimester with strong state concern.

I'm not aware of any SC decisions that have overturned that framework. Whittled away at it--certainly; changed some of the restrictions. But the framework is the same.

And it's certainly not "abortion is always a matter of personal choice."

One of the classic misunderstandings. Which has been perpetuated for obvious political reasons.
