Wouldn't that be murder? Seems all the laws concern themselves with first and second trimester, can't find anything on the third.

I know laws vary state by state, but I would say that you are incorrect about that.

Ah, I looked it up. Third trimester abortions are illegal in 4/5 of the states. In some states it is allowed only in the case of severe birth defects or to save the life of the mother.
