A 3 up here would be a dream for me. Of course, I'd label it a "C" rather than "3" given the context. If it could be led by short covering in tech, coupled with a weak showing by the IXM, that would be perfect.

If I only look at Price Movement .. and Predict ROC .. it shuld Slow.

But some of my other indicators are not Peachy .. for the Bull case .. yet.

At least the Range tightened. No easy call here.

Still showing 3 higher lows. I see Both Bull and Bear possibilities .. like you.
