Exactly. Investment goes up when Intel feels the hot competitive breath of AMD on the back of its neck, and it goes down when Intel feels secure in its monopoly such that it can just keep selling mostly old stuff with much less of a need to invest in expensive new FAB equipment.

Nice to see you understand and are agreeing with me.

If you'll just stop calling people "liar" when they state obvious truth, we can wrap this discussion up.
