Well, the northern part of Palm Beach County is comparatively very violent. This situation sounds like something different, the guy was either nuts or had something in for the victim, though spraying the other customers would seem to indicate rather random. I lived in the Southern part of the county which is far less violent. In summary, incidents like this could happen anywhere I guess, though I must admit, the Mexican culture here in New Mexico seems far less violent then what I observed from the Cuban and other Latin American cultures in S. Fla. But, only been here couple months so too soon for me to accurately evaluate. jdn
