True, but since even third trimester abortions must be allowed when there is concern of the mother's health, and since health includes mental health, and mental health concerns don't for this purpose require and diagnosis of disorder, effectively abortions can not be banned in any trimester. Yep, that's precisely the right wing rap. You should know better though, Tim. Somewhere in the second trimester the choice involves more than the woman. She does not make the choice alone once that happens. You are simply wrong.
