Perhaps, but the governorship of Texas has been described as a non-executive, executive, what with the power of the legislative machine in that state. Hey, it all varies.

On a different subject, did you see the article I posted where General Casey did not deny the story about the Captain in Afghanistan and the lack of supply back in '03?
