Not really. That statement in isolation, without its context would just be an insult. In context its an ad-hominem becuase their is the implied "your statements are wrong or worthless because you are 'a lackey to the Pope'", but the statement would be ad-hominem even without that part.

If the whole conversation was

1. Bill: "I believe that abortion is morally wrong."
Dave: "Of course you would say that, you're a priest."
Bill: "What about the arguments I gave to support my position?"
Dave: "Those don't count. Like I said, you're a priest, so you have to say that abortion is wrong, so I can't believe what you say."


it would not be ad-hominem abusive, but it still would be ad-hominem circumstantial.
