how are those lawsuits continuing when there is a standstill and consolidation of issues in Delaware?

It seems Q has all their eggs in one basket now - the Delaware Court case. Steve Altman, now el presidente, I believe was the person responsible for the Nokia contract of 2001 before he became president in 2005. I sure hope he wrote a bullet proof contract!
