That's ok, Suma. I just read that while vocabs today contain about 50K words, Shakespeare worked with one of about 20K.

So it's all in the way you use them.

Last night's salient fact. At age 30 we have command of thirty thousand words. .At age 75 that is reduced to ten thousand.

I'm definitely reaching the ten thousand number. Ouch!!

I'm overusing my computer's thesaurus. Typing along in a sentence and the next adjective, why is it always adjectives that disappear, just won't pop up. Walk away, do something else, there comes the adjective. But then I've lost the whole thought.
