The population decline in Oakland County Michigan, due to the long term decline in the auto industry in Detroit, is causing cities there to consolidate their services.

This has nothing to do with the population increase in California, nor any of your favorite wayo-sociology theories you have learned from Al Jazeera television.

Before becoming a self-appointed sociologist, you should first consider graduating from High School.
