Definitely a lack of judgment. I'm not yet certain how "disturbing." You are right. I'd take the word disturbing out and just call it a lack of judgement....though that word has become so loaded that it might no longer apply in this situation. I would just say that I think calling it a "boneheaded mistake" is being a bit kind. No arguments about the timing of this trial. The press needs to ask questions, but it would be better if this wasnt all hitting the headlines the day before Texas and Ohio. Slacker
