And are you implying we've had 15% retail inflation in the past year? It's high, but my back of the napkin estimate for 'everything' is about 7.5% for the past 12 months. I've purchased a few major items that either went down a *lot* or up only 3-4% or so (new car). My auto insurance went down, homeowners up maybe 4%. College tuition, a big one, was up 7%, the local cap. My property tax went up 6.35%, that's a big ongoing concern. Mortgage stayed the same.
