Right nimbleness is my problem and I'm right there with you on the MF lack of growth.

Maybe all this CDO/SIV crap that is choking everyone will prove the point that stocks are the equity class to be in.

I was just reading some of this mtg forgiveness stuff, to sum it up - you know the banks are hurting to eat principal, take 80%, etc. Just wait till you see how much they (the ones that survive) jack up the ATM fees, activity fees to us daw-gone smart peoples, yikes!

ps..Favre retired to ramp-up his farm...you do know that right?
