I would like to vote for McCain...if the election were held today, that is who I would vote for. I can't imagine voting for Mrs. Clinton. I could imagine voting for Obama in a certain set of circumstances, but I have a strong antipathy to any party having complete control of government...and I think the dems will pick up at least four Senate seats and Twelve house seats...so Obama in the White House with an almost filibuster proof senate majority.....I don't like it. So, Obama is not on my list at this point.

McCain still presents some problems for me on immigration and more...but I have far less problem with him than do many. I do worry that he may fade in the long campaign ahead...He says he will be better on spending...we won't know until we know, but that was a killer for the 2000-2006 republicans.

I did post that I caucued for Ron Paul last month..
