There are several houses in my neighborhood for sale. People crawling all over my street. Just heard from an old-timer that his neighbor sold in four days above ask (final price 1.35M). People aren't as shy as I thought. Still, things look like they're moving very slowly on MLS. Perhaps the selling zone is narrowing to a few blocks in Palo Alto. Are the schools really worth the 500k premium? I don't think so.
