Bob Bauer, a lawyer for the Obama campaign, has jumped on the Clinton conference call about election irregularities in Texas and is arguing that the Clinton camp is simply attacking the caucus process because it’s losing. The Clinton campaign is asked on the conference call if it will contest the results in Texas. “At this point, we really can’t say,” said Lyn Ultrecht, a Clinton campaign lawyer.
