I know that. It's just there's so much more emphasis ( and store space) devoted to glop, and the glop is SO much worse for you- although studies have shown that the non-organic, franken veggies and fruits have fewer nutrients than the original veggies and fruits.

IMO the "consumer" has made some huge mistakes in the grocery store, and both consumers, and the markets that serve them, have been completely irresponsible when it comes to health concerns.
