This is from Merrill yesterday, looks like they were right to recommend the trade Opportunity with stock down on No Sale announcement In this market, it is unsurprising to see PDLI stock down on the announcement that the company is no longer for sale, and management’s conference call did not provide additional insight on how the company plans to distribute 50% or more of the future antibody royalty stream, as it is considering a number of interesting methods. But based on what we do know, the selling today presents an opportunity for investors who can look past the initial reaction. Maintain Buy
