Hillary's plan won't work unless Obama is hit by some terrible scandal or something. The reason is, she had to go negative to win yesterday, which Super Delegates hate, and she still didn't pick up any delegates. I think the totals today are about the same as they were yesterday, about a 130 delegate spread.

On the other hand, she is now free to continue in the race without being pressured to drop out. SO get used to this race going on and on. The only good thing is that is vettes Obama for the general election as Hillary is practically adopting McCain's likely attacks. So if Obama can beat her he can beat McCain too.

Pennsylvania she will probably win, but since these are not winner take all states it doesn't really help. Unless she swept Michigan and Florida's new primaries she still can't catch up.

Tom Brokaw made a point last night that this isn't really about Clinton surging, it's about moving to new parts of the country where voters tend to be more conservative in terms of "taking a chance" with a younger half-black candidate.

But Clinton's hit on Obama's NAFTA stance was nasty. In fact, what she claimed never even happened. Neither did anything unethical in the Rezko case. Both were false petards.
