"Who is being monitored illegally? " Don't know. That is what the suit is about. You just admitted that you don't know anyone is. You've made a big deal about the amount of money the suit is asking for. But, that only is a big figure if, in fact, they are monitoring illegally lots of people. And thats what they're alleging. Actually criminality has nothing to do with it. Its a civil suit. They don't have to convict anyone of a crime - just to convince a jury something bad is going on.
