NO SH*T!!.. Took them 4 years to figure out if you counterfeit stock shares that it's fraud... Now if they would only place it under the purview of the Secret Service and ratchet it up to the equivalency of currency counterfeiting.. And btw, I'm not pretending this will eliminate the practice. But with the SEC voting to equate such abusive conduct as fraud, it will make many NSS think twice about it. It's one thing to face an SEC fine as a punishment, but quite another to risk jail time. I'll really have to start watching DNDN's trading to see how this ruling impacts it. Hawk
