Well if I can afford it, and if I'm healthy enough, I'd probably travel more often. Other than that I don't do to many expensive activities.

But the mortgage being paid off, would be a big savings. Its a big chunk of my disposable cash flow each month. Also I won't be investing the same percentage of my income (you have to reinvest some to avoid having your savings dwindle long before you die, but I don't think I'd be likely to reinvest 15%.)
