my gold and platinum and silver long position is equal to 254 times my gold ultra short position, which is precisely offset by a gold ultralong stake it is just an experiment the beast actually does not move that much on day to day basis, because it is pinned to the month-end value i simply wanted to pay attention to what it is doing the ultrashort may come in handy some time and when so, to protect my long position that i am unwilling to sell, i would have to load up on ultra short, or not, depending on whether i like its behavior
