Thank you for posting this.....I wasn't familiar with the idea. Having read the link, I find myself open to the idea of it. The history of groups policing themselves is problematic, whether it be politicians, physicians, or Wall St. But I do share some of your reservations and would want to see lots of debate on this. It's an intriguing idea.

Since they would be investigative only, I don't see how this violates the Constitution. - Allen
