"The government should set the controls, real controls,"

done

"but the states and even cities and towns should have the right to even stricter controls....

Nothing is stopping them ... done

Seems you are happy with our current system ... so what is your beef?

"re:Iraqis...."That is a separate and not relevant topic why are you trying to escape a simple and logical train of thought?"

Why is it irrelevant?"

You have over simplified the question to such an extent as to make it irrelevant.

I don't have any influence over the legal rights of Iraqis. They have a self authored constitution of their own. I have already stated that they have the human right to self defense and to organize against tyrannous brutality which must be codified into law to make it a legal right.

"Don't you think all people have the same rights as you?

All human beings have the same natural rights as I do. Where laws are different, people have different legal rights. You seem unable or unwilling to make that distinction.

Or are Americans god's chosen people?

I don't believe a creator of the universe prefers one rock over another or a people who just happen to be walking around on particular rocks over people walking around on other rocks. ... silly question.

"in my opinion, Iraqis should have the right to self defense and to organize against tyrannous, brutality and oppression ... which they have done with us at their side. "

"Then why are raiding their homes in the middle of the night looking for weapons? "

We are not raiding the homes of the people we stand beside who have formed a constitutionally legal nation. Some of the people in Iraq are criminals, some are enemies. They are not armed for defense they are armed for attacks ... we disarm them to avoid being attacked as we are able.

"Who and what are they organized against?"

The national government of Iraq and their supporters, 'American military personnel'.

Is it your position that it is this type of person who should be armed for attacks, while I should not be armed to defend myself?
