GULF PRODUCTION MONITOR: March 6, 2008 The outage at BP's Pascagoula Gas Processing plant on Destin Pipeline has cut flows on Destin by more than 285,000 Dth/d. This should put upward pressure on Premium Southeast prices over the next 10 days of the outage. Gulf production is down to 11.4 Bcf/d compared to a month-to-date average of 11.9 Bcf/d. Independence Hub production fell a little in yesterday's I2 cycle and is down a little more today to 887,000 Dth/d. Flows on Tennessee in the LA offshore are down more than 50,000 Dth/d compared to levels at the end of February. NGPL receipts in the Texas Onshore are down more than 180,000 Dth/d from levels late last month.
