Prior to 9/11 Democrats passed a law that rendered the US intelligence agencies impotent. They were forbidden to exchange info under the law, which was further reinforced by a Dem lawyer(Garelli?) working for Janet Reno during Bill Clinton's Adm. All the details are contained in the 9/11 Report. It's a piece of major evidence that proves Dem presidents are incapable of keeping Americans safe from terrorists. So, the reason 9/11 occurred was due to Bill Clinton and Janet Reno's foolishness in a dangerous world.
