"You claim to know illegal acts are occuring." Where did I make that claim? Oh yeah, I didn't. I do make the claim that illegal acts were requested, at least according to the CEO of Qwest. I do make the claim that the equipment installed gives the NSA the capability to do what they were requesting of Qwest. OTOH, they are claiming that nothing illegal is going on. To make their case, they are refusing any form of oversight and did, in fact, violate the law until the Protect America Act of 2007 was passed. So they are lacking somewhat in credibility.
