It is mainly the scale. It will be, by far, the largest embassy in the world. Complete with restaurants and shopping areas.

BS. Given the cost of Iraqi labor and materials, that building would cost more than $2 billion in the US. When did embassies command the average price of a new airport terminal. Its disgusting.

You people have serious problems when it comes to the spending of money.
