You are right, of course, and RE auctions are quite dangerous because you often can't see or inspect the property. Quite a few nice looking ones, and someone who buys them could have a huge profit. Michigan seems to be in distress of epic proportions. I'll wait and see what kind of bids these get. That one will have over 100K, I bet. -g- You can always wait, maybe RE will get cheaper. Ben is definitely not waiting, though, so don't count RE will stay cheap forever -ggg-
