Now to resolve this whole thing why doesn't the government give us the same medical services as Congressmen,Senators
and other public officials get.

Because that health care is part of the employee compensation package. The government provides health care to its employees just like Microsoft provides it to its employees. You wouldn't expect the government to provide a specific employee benefit to someone else's employees or to the unemployed.
