"Does "what has been going on" mean who we're spying on and how?" Congress has asked and been rebuffed. Heck, the FISA court has asked with similar results. "Think maybe thats something we shouldn't broadcast to our enemies?" Who are our enemies? The members of the FISA court? Congress? "But you don't know they aren't following the law!" Brumar, we do know they have engaged in illegal behavior in the past. Warrantless wiretapping was illegal until 2007. Period.
