So instead of a leader looking to repair America's image damage in the world, instead of a leader willing to bring sides together to save the world from Global Warming and instead of a politician that might be able to bring America back from bankruptcy.......instead of this, we get the turd throwing Hillary.

Oh great.....

I'd vote to throw them all out but we would have to clean up the lobbyists and all the corporate donors and start over with independently wealthy legislators that couldn't be bought off.

Eventually we would be back on the same path until we found another system..

Unfortunately, we are using human beings for elected officials and they are subject to the " sins of the flesh".

I had a brother who was a popular elected official and he was approached to run for the state legislature in NY. He was a Republican ( I cringe at the thought but it's true) and the Democrats had stopped running someone against him cause he was so popular with both parties. He started getting calls from various individuals and was offered trips, ballgame tickets and a host of other fringies. My brother refused them all and was dropped like a hot potato.

My point is that no one gets to the fed level untouched by our "political gifting procedures", and Obama is no exception.
