Inbred is such a nasty term. However, I did read somewhere that DNA analysis showed that about 65% of the Finish population is descended from less than 260 people. At one time a few thousand years ago, there was a population crash, only a few survived, but those few manage to repopulate large areas before they had much contact with other groups.

So Finland is much more homogenous than Japan or Iceland. Islands tend to diversity unless they are WAY off trade routes, like Australia in ancient times, or Pitcain island today.

The inbred areas tend to be back in the mountains or hills, usually with few rivers.
