Things are already improving in Iraq. I don't except that the improvement will continue in a straight linear fashion but 37 years is a fantasy. They are not improving. Baghdad is back from the brink of anarchy but that is not improving. Violence continues throughout the country including Baghdad. And the overall quality of life has not improved. In fact, Iraq is a mess. Your guys have and continue to mess up badly.
