The baggage downey is lugging around is going to get a lot heavier. The non-performing chart is moonshot vertical and has no reason to level off soon. The business model is dead. They may stay around much much lower than here only to be bought dirt cheap for the branch network. Even that presupposes a viable model to incorporate downey into. I am not looking to hold my puts into zero, but there is still money sitting in this corner to be picked up.
