LOL!!! Great Stuff Howy, Paul Van Eden survives the fire and so too some smokers who were the only ones aware of "alternate" exits.

I saw some impressive assays from Stroud somewhere today, must check the DD.

I have taken some lumps on El Nino. Talked to Philpot who was with First Quantum, as a director of El Nino they went looking for the right guy and believe they have him in J.L. Roy.
Assay turnarounds frustrating them too. Bathurst N.B. Xstrata deal was a hangover from the Harry Barr days, he is not putting much hope in it, might be a pleasant surprise but not expecting it. The focus is the DRC, Ireland an easy opportunity worth picking up.

LAQ is a P*ss Off, some good DRC gold property free and clear but the Biggie remains under a MOU and for some reason cannot execute the final document. Being held for ransom?? Who knows? Well some knew before us:):) Would not take much to run it back up though. Jv the Mexican property for a % and a few shekels and get to work in the DRC!!

Masseuse has been arranged.

Cheers,
Ogi

The only person of any note left alive was newsletter-writer Paul Van Eeden, who had sussed out an escape route several months ago. Interviewed after the fire, he said: "My algorithm told me that this precious metals stuff would lead to a meltdown".

ROFL :):):)

Howy, SDR is a long termer of mine, and finally drilling with
their own drill to good effect, about 1 hole/wk.

Some good drill news, been a long wait but I have always
thought their Mex prop had a decent chance of proving up.

sdr.v - excellent, finally some results, they have sure had a time of it to make progress, year and a half now, had to buy a rig and get organised on their own, takes a lot of time ... but once done, they can control costs a lot better, as compared to contractors, and now if they're doing a hole a week as jack says, we'll have news flow all year

'"blue sky" goal for this project is 300M ounces Ag' - ho ho, yeah that's blue sky alright -ggg- ... twenty per cent of that would make it rocket stock from this level ... i've added a bit of Stroud over the winter, should have done more
