You really need to get in touch with reality. NAFTA? Maybe you should go to Laredo and see for yourself. I go every few months. It was one of my favorite towns until it got too dangerous to cross the bridges. I've been all along the Rio Grande. I still go there, but I stay on the U.S. side of the river. I lived 4 miles from the river for a dozen years and know the region, the issues, and the people well. All nafta has brought is miles of trucks going to the Walmart distribution center near San Antonio. You might think there is some kind of boom in North Mexico from it, but instead you have a region taken over by narco-gangs fighting the military and each other. You should try to know something about a subject before you pretend to know. TP
