good question. once again a good PR has a shadow of ambiguity in it that is hard to decipher. IMHO, they will be "certified" in April. apparently there is a difference between being "compliant" and actually being "certified".
the last ten PR's all point toward a business model that is succeeding, ...
hope Gaskins expertise in this matter is timely. wish I knew all about PPAP's and ISO's way back when.
